Coalition for Greener Mobility becomes Coalition of Associations in Global Mobility

The Coalition for Greener Mobility has entered a new phase and is now operating as the Coalition of Associations in Global Mobility, reflecting a broader mandate and a more formal structure for collaboration across the global mobility sector.

Originally formed in 2022 to address shared sustainability challenges, the Coalition brought together six founding associations — CERC, CHPA, EuRA, FIDI Global Alliance, IAM, and WERC — around a shared belief that complex industry challenges are best addressed collectively.

Building on the success of that collaboration, the Coalition has broadened its scope beyond sustainability while maintaining it as a key foundation. The new name reflects an ambition to work more closely across sectors and regions on the wider issues shaping global mobility.

The Coalition is now established as a UK-registered not-for-profit entity, providing a clear governance framework to support long-term cooperation, welcome new members, and enable joint initiatives and working groups focused on practical outcomes.

We invite other associations, organisations and stakeholders active in global mobility to engage with the Coalition and contribute to its future work by filling out the form below.
